Our partner organisation AVO is running bicycle credit programmes in and around Koudougou. To provide the beneficiaries with durable and custom-made bicycles a bicycle workshop has been set up. In the workshop youth are trained on bicycle mechanics and metal works. Also, modified bicycles are developed and produced, such as bicycle carts, bicycles with extended carriers, etc. The beneficiaries can also have their bicycles repaired at the workshop.
• Target group: Small entrepreneurs who want to start a small business with a (modified) bicycle and unemployed youth who want to be trained on bicycle mechanics and other metal works
